Program Director's Message

Welcome to the UUSDA website.

The Uttarakhand Urban Sector Development Agency (UUSDA) is the Impementation Agency(IA) for all subproject components of the Externally Aided Projects and State funded projects under Urban Development Department (UDD), Government of Uttarakhand (GoU), and it is responsible for the overall management in the state.

The PMU is closely working with the parastatal agencies, ULB’s, representatives of Town Level Committees, elected representatives and representatives from civil society organizations in decision making in respect of tranche composition, sub-projects and other matters that affect the projects and residents of the town, and also in monitoring of the project.

Executing all projects within time schedule while adhering to the Safety, Quality, Environment and Occupational Health norms has been our philosophy and mission. We expect cooperation of the residents and civil society for the sucessful and timely completion of our projects.

UUSDA is open to inputs from readers of this website. We welcome your suggestions, more so the ones that help us in further improving our operations.
